The Paladin Chronicles Series, reviews and news of up and coming books in the series

Home Page

Book 1
While touring Turkey, Book 1 was conceived.
It took only 3 months to write a draft but  3.5 years of steady polishing, hiring editors and getting feedback from volunteer readers. It was worth it ! .
It has received 5 star reviews on Amazon and professional reviewers:
 http://readersfavorite.com/review/7801.

Book 2 Was partly done but only took 6 months to complete.
Here are unsolicited comments from my proof reader.
Book 2

...it's wonderful! You're obviously a natural writer, how I envy that .... such a joy to read, not at all 'cumbersome'. .. I'm quite flabbergasted, and now I'm going to read some more of it!
Have a good week!

Again it had  5 star professional reviewsprofessional reviews of "The Defence of Troia"
but it also won an award at the book fair in Miami.
I want to write well. I want people to enjoy my books.

Book 3 "The Gathering Storm" is a bumper edition in three sections for the price of one.

The elves and their allies are facing annihilation. There are just too many enemies to possibly withstand and the enemy is backed by overwhelming sorcery.
Again five star reviews: "Awesome. A Classic" , "A triumph."

Books 1-3 were selected as finalists in the Bookbzz Prize writer competition

Book 4 "The Assassin's Quest " (originally called "Jess.")

Æloðulf, the last of the Illvættir Wizards, is finally dead but it has been at a terrible cost. Jacinta and Elana were destroyed with nothing left to bury. Hakeem is finished, a broken man. But is everything as it seems?  And what about Gansükh, who still lives?

Jess a Nubian assassin, mysterious and deadly, must embark on a perilous journey through an ancient world for answers to these questions and questions about herself. Her journey will take her through the desert lands of Central Asia which have been made desperate and hungry by the crippling drought and torn apart by war. She is joined by Pandora, a Greek slave girl searching for her home. The two become lovers, but can the troubled, reclusive Jess allow others to love her? And what about those who join them on their journey: the handsome Avestan man, Iraj and Rohana the girl who is dying?
Physical danger is not the only thing the friends must face. And if Jess and Pandora reach all the way to the Troad what will they find there? The adventure that began with the Elvish Prophecy continues in the Assassins Quest.

Book 5: Man Who Never Was, Prequel to the Paladin Chronicles Series
Adventure and romance set in mythical Norway just before the dawn of the Bronze Age.  Dark sorcerers are hunting the elves to extinction. Hervor, a young woodland elf, is taken captive by savage Norse raiders. How can she protect the small group of elf children entrusted to her, cope with her dangerously attractive slave master and tame her own rebellious heart?

(Amazon had no category for the prequel of a series, so I had to label it book 5.
It can be read and enjoyed as a stand alone novel but it is best after book 3 or later.)

Book 6 "The Enemy Within".

While ever Gansükh lives, the elves cannot be safe.
A very special assassin is sent to Ateshi-Bagavan, the capital of Āzar Pāyegān. To kill Gansükh, she must get closer to him than anyone else on earth. She must become his lover, she must become his "enemy within".
If she is to succeed, she will have to be ready to face many dangers and powerful enemies, but what she does not expect, what she is not ready for, is to fall in love with the man she has come to kill.

TEW earned 3 Five star reviews on Readers Favourites https://readersfavorite.com/book-review/the-enemy-within

Book 7
"The Last City of the Dwarves" ... The army of adventurers has no business entering the dead city of the dwarves. They are searching for the fabulous wealth and power held within but none of them are what they seem. If treachery, murder and revenge doesn't kill you in that dark place, there is an evil waiting that never sleeps.

Do you want to help me with what I am doing?
The very best thing you can do is to give me 5 star ratings (readers reviews) on Kindle and Amazon. For the little extra effort on your part , this really does help. you need an Amazon account
